I appreciate so much this channel. But often it doesnt work properly. Could you take a look every now and then to make sure it is running ok? Developer, you could write your email address to contact. I wanna keep on paying for a long time.

I just subscribed on my Roku Express and find out the Rai TV Channels are all "Sorry, this program is temporarily unavailable." as of February 18, 2025.
Well if that is the case how do I get a refund for a non-functioning service. I already cancelled the auto-renew subscription but I feel it is like "theft" to show screen images of the content (Rai TV Channels) and not provide them.
Roku needs to take responsibility for this app that charges but doesn't deliver.
I guess it will be up to my credit card company to protect me from this willful scam provider!

This channel is good when it works, but often the TV channels cut out or are unavailable, and there are only five channels. I agree with other comments that Roku having a no refund policy is not fair when the issue is reduced service

I don't understand why the developer would not fix the technical issues?! You would get so many more subscribers (and $ to you) if all is working properly. This should be an easy fix.
