Programming on the Access Channel consists of: Public access programs: Programs created or provided by City and County residents who seek public access to the channel. Educational access programs: Programs created by or at the request of educational institutions or organizations designed to educate or inform the citizens of Wicomico County. Government access programs: Programs created by or at the request of City and County government, for the benefit of all the citizens of Wicomico county.
